Admission Process

To apply for admission, please follow the following steps
1- Complete our secure online application form and specify the best time to contact.
2- Our academic consultant will contact at the time you specified and offer you a free over the phone free consultation.
3- based on your assessment, preferences and academic goals, our consultant will find the right program for you.
4- Pay your fees (click here for payment options).
5- Once the payment is received we will send you the Letter of Acceptance. You will need this Letter to apply for a study permit and Visitor visa. We also provide letter of acceptance for longer periods to students who wish to stay longer than 6 months.
6- Our academic consultant will send you a complete profile and details on the English speaking host family.
7- Send us your flight arrival information.

 

Prior to your arrival

• Our field representative will visit the host family and make sure the room is fully prepared for your arrival
• We'll setup a new local cell phone number for you and send you the number before your travel date

 

Upon your arrival

• The field representative will meet you at Vancouver International Airport and give you your new SIM card (mobile phone chip card) and will arrange for a phone call to you're family to inform them of your arrival
• Our Representative will drive you to your new home

 

After you arrive

• The next day, our Arabic speaking academic consultant will pick you up and drive you to the school where you will have your language assessment test. After the test, our consultant will explain important procedures and school policies and provide you with general information about Vancouver
• During your stay in Vancouver, our academic consultants will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have
• Please note that some schools require the student to have adequate medical insurance. We will be happy to help you obtain medical insurance at no extra cost
